Download the PDF, print it, and fill it in. Completed applications should be mailed along with your payment to the address at the bottom of the application. Make checks payable to "Joyce Daze".

The cost per space is $25 if we receive your fully paid application by June 30.

The price is $35 per space after July 1.

Limit of two spaces per vendor. Food trucks and trailers need two spaces.

Please note: All food vendors will need a food service permit. This is a requirement from the health department.
