Booths are a 10’ x 12’ space. Food trucks or trailers need two spaces. (Limit of two spaces per vendor.)

All spaces are on a first come first served basis and are subject to space availability.

On the day of the festival, Saturday, August 1, 2026, set-up time starts at 7:00 am. All vehicles must be removed from the vendor area by 9AM sharp. All participants are responsible for their own trash.
Please note- this year we have separate applications for food vendor and craft fair vendors or organizations.
Please make sure you send in the correct application for what you will be selling.
NO APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER JULY 15.
Food Vendor Application
If you sell food items please be aware the County Health Department requires Temporary Food Service Permits for those who sell or serve food to the public, even if it is given away for free. These permits are required to ensure that vendors understand the hazards involved in food handling and are equipped to handle food properly in order to prevent outbreaks of foodborne illness from occurring.
Food vendors at Joyce Daze are required to display a Food Service Permit issued by Clallam Health Department. Visit this link for more info- https://www.clallamcountywa.gov/348/Temporary-Food-Service-Permits
Joyce Daze requires food vendors have food vendor insurance.
Food Vendors Spaces cost $50 for one space and $80 for two spaces. Fees are non-refundable.

Craft Vendor or Organization Booth Application
The cost is $35 per space for a vendor fair booth. Fees are non-refundable
