Joyce Daze is always on the FIRST Saturday in August – This year’s the event is on Saturday, August 1, 2026.
NO FEE IS CHARGED FOR ENTRIES. This is strictly a community volunteer effort. We do our best to accommodate all and apologize for any shortcomings on our part. The judges try to be fair and unbiased. Please remember that WE ARE ALL VOLUNTEERS who hope you will have a wonderful time.
9:00 AM Registration begins in Crescent School parking lot – 50350 Highway 112, Joyce, WA 98343
Sign in at the registration table and receive your parade line-up number. Display the number in the left hand side of your entry so that the parade announcer can see it.
The parade line-up is assembled at the Crescent School.
10:00 AM Judging begins. If you wish to be judged, you must be ready when the judges come around. Judging will end at 12 noon.
1:00 PM Parade begins.
During the parade, the announcer will broadcast information about your entry based on the publicity information you provide on the application – include past awards, when your entry was formed, any history etc.
Only parade entries may park at the school during the parade.
Note: Throwing any giveaways including candy from vehicles is PROHIBITED – however you are permitted to hand it out. In addition, please do not allow spectators (children or adults) to interact with your entry as it can be very dangerous for everyone.
